I am a licensed psychologist in the stated on Pennsylvania for virtual on in person sessions. I'm available for individual and couples therapy in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh for ages 15+. I believe that we are complicated individuals in a world that is growing in its complexity and when we gain an improved idea of who we are the quality of our life improves. I often assist those with difficulties that include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, transitions, relationships, identity, school/work stress, and those who just feel stuck.
